Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?
A: Shipping is free on all orders over $150. All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the address it is being delivered to.
Note, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience slight delays. We offer you the option of shipping providers at checkout.
Q: MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?
A: If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION?
A: No. The Style Diary Boutique is currently solely an online store at this time.
Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
A: Yes. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately within 1 hour after your order has been placed.
Please note that we cannot ensure that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available.
Q: WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
A: Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
A: When your order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page confirming your order has been placed with your order number.
Q: WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards and paypal.
When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved.
Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
A: We Only ship within the United States at this time! We Do Not ship internationally!
